Our Story
The Antara Foundation’s mission is to combat preventable maternal and child mortality and malnutrition in rural India at scale. TAF works in partnership with communities and the government to ensure that every mother and child has consistent access to quality healthcare, especially at the last mile.
TAF’s solutions are simple, sustainable, and data-driven, designed to maximize impact. Its programs enable frontline workers—ASHA, Anganwadi, and ANM—to collaborate effectively in delivering healthcare to women and children. These programs enhance capacity, strengthen health facilities, and extend health system outreach through a comprehensive package. Additionally, TAF mobilizes communities to engage proactively with the health system, ensuring better access to preventive care.
